My name is Celia and I am the founder of the company. I have worked for over 10 years in the luxury yacht industry on boats up to 60 meters, before that I spent time crewing on very non-luxury cruising yachts (ocean sailing on small sailing boats). The yacht industry is a great place to work but I have often thought my job could be easier if businesses understood our lifestyle and buying needs. CrewShow is the answer to this.
